I got this idea from someone in the photo section. How about we exchange charm squares? Once we get everyone signed up, we send in one square for each person that signed up. What do you think? I'll head it up if ayone is interested in doing this.

We are exchanging 5" charm squares. We will probaly do 2 charms for each person signed up. Please put each set of charms in a baggie, with at least your screen name. You may put your real name and address on each baggie if you choose. Please also include a mailing envelope with the correct postage on it so your new charms can be sent back to you.

Sign up for this swap is closed. We have 32 people who signed up so each person is sending me 31 sets of 2 5" charms. :)

Ok, now that I have a better idea of my proposed schedule for August, I can give some dates for this exchange. Since I'm planning to go to OH to live with my DH for 2 weeks, please do not start sending the charms until August 20. I'd hate to have any of those poor little peices of fabric sitting all alone on my deck. I hope eveyone can have them mailed by Aug 31. Once I have the charms I will sort them and hopefully have them back to everyone by Sept. 14th.

I love charms, please sign me up for this! You can do so many things with them and it's a great way to put together a scrappy quilt. How about using them for the new Clover Yo-Yo makers???
