I swear I am going brain dead. I need 5 inch white squares. I gave a white layer cake, so I can cut it in quarters. D0 I cur from the outside or inside edge of the pinking?

Measure inside to inside of the pinking and outside to outside and see which one creates the 10 inches. That should tell you which one to use for making the 5 inch qtrs.
