Wha can use for batting in a bag I making.

You know I've gotten used to working with polar fleece in my baby quilts, works well, it avoids using another sheeting...Think you can come up with your own. Our abc committee quild uses flannel as batting.

I like to use the fusible fleece. You can get it fusible on one side or both sides. It works great for all size and type of bags or purses. I usually just use the one sided fusible and attach (iron ) it to the lining before I quilt it.

I find the Pellon #987 fusible to be wonderful. Not too thick and not too thin. Great to work with.
