Retrofitting Free Motion w/Computer

Has anyone retrofitted a Gammill 18" longarm freemotion with a computerized unit? What are your pros/cons in doing so? Also, how about retrofitting the table to run w/computer program? THANKS!!

Good luck! My friend and I recently acquired an ancient Gammill and are trying to look into the same thing... I'd be happy with some kind of stitch control... Best wishes to you!!!
