Solution to blank lines at the end of posts

Post by Evie » Sun Mar 23, 2008 3:02 pm

For some reason, every time you edit the main post, blank lines are added at the bottom. This only becomes a pain when you are hosting a swap and are constantly updating the original post.

All you need to do is every time you edit, just go to the first blank line after your last line of text and hit the delete key until they are gone. I stumbled upon this solution by accident, but only after having a full page of blank lines! LOL I think that's how I learn most things, by stumbling over them!

Did mine as per your instructions. Was easy. Thanks for the tip; never thought of it. Always in stitches....

Caroline - do you notice all the white space at the bottom of your original post? That is what Evie is talking about :o)
