I just tested some bali fabric. Four out of twelve of the colors RAN!

I am now treating them with "retayne" which really fixes the colors. I learned this from Cindy G in this forum. Found the stuff online and it
really works, but ofcorse you have to use it on fabric before you put the fabric in a quilt.

wow I was going to ask the same question about red flannel, i've washed it 5 times & it still leaves a color in water, but now i'm going to try color catchers..I love this forum...
