Flan -

It's really good made from scratch and using sweetened condensed milk. I have a great recipe that is called a magic flan cake. You mix everything and bake it in a bundlt pan and the flan separates from the cake batter and gives you two layers. Flan on top. Creamy and custardy on a chocolate bundt cake. And is easy to bake. So don't give up on flan. Just use the right ingredients.
