I read USPS just increased postage rates. Double rats! I checked on-line and postage for a Priority Flat Rate padded envelope is now $11.95 if you mail at the post office and $10.50 if you purchase your postage on-line. I will check with Merry Q to see how she plans to mail your blocks back to you. Stand by. . .
