Good morning all Rise and shine
Today its supposed to warm up. I sure hope so I need to saw down some bushes. Take my handy dandy battery operated chainsaw and away I go. Not big but darn handy. Hopefully I will get some help with the tree projects. I probably wont go out till afternoon.
I am back in sewing room. I am working on On Wander Lane. I know it should be done by now. But I only have six houses almost done. I have started sewing in afternoons instead of taking a nap.
I am still clearing out junk. Most of which is going to trash. I will take my house back. LOL
I am going to try to get here at least two or three times a week.
I am going to make tis short Barney needs let out and I need to take the garbage to the end of driveway.
You all have a great sewing day.

Good morning Since there are 2 threads opened I will post twice....Katy have fun clearing stuff...it is my most favorite thing to do. Ive been at it for years...but this year I have really meant it and have taken 2 loads to the salvation army and did not stop to shop.....I just purged out my "on wander lane" box and gave the whole project left overs and patterns to my sister so she can make that quilt ( she asked for it)
Lois I loved making that quilt and ope you are able to "gitter done"
Florence a tote for embroidery is a good thing,,,I have a tote for mine, you are so kind to make it for her,
Maryz sorry about the bad travels...it is one of those things that make Ken hesitate to get another camper...break downs and traffic and etc. We once had a cabinet door "Unlock" during rough roads and I went in to find coffe cups in pieces everywhere,,,some where souvineer cup we loved...but most all were broken...everything else in that cupboard was plastic but it was all over the place too.
Last nights dinner with the family was such fun,,,Ryker recieved many nice gifts but mostly cash he will have fun spending,,While waiting for dinner they bring out hot rolls and butter and I watched Ryker devour a whole basket full and then he ate an entire steak dinner,,,I forget how much growing boys eat...
Well I hopr you all have a great dayXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Good morning Girls
Man.... did I ever over sleep this morning!!! I'm usually awake off and on between 4 &7 and wait until 8 to get out of bed when the coffee is done. Closed my eyes for 5 more minutes and woke up at 9! Now I feel like I'm behind on the day already.
Maryz... Oh my gosh...so sorry about spilled olive oil... that had to be a real fun (not) mess to clean up. I've seen the Houston Highways. I can only imagine how awful they are to drive on a good day never mind in thunder, lightning and rain!! I think Flamingos are a thing for all Airstreams. Hope you have a great time with Cindy today and can share some pictures! Hugs from all of us!!
Judi.... Here's the best way to clean out and get rid of things... MOVE!! Sell your house and buy something way smaller! Go from 5 bedrooms down to 2! You'll find you just can't squeeze 10lbs of you-know-what into a 5-pound bag!!! They only thing I couldn't just "toss" was my fabric--hence 40 tote boxes in the garage. I love my little townhouse but somedays I sure miss my house! (seriously... stay in your house as long as you can!)
Valerie... When you are looking at a map (do they even make old fashioned paper maps anymore) Just south of Erhard is Fergus Falls, you'd likely get on I-94 from there to head east. Look for Alexandria then St. Cloud along I-94. I'm about 40 miles south of St. Cloud. According to my Map app, it's 2 hours 21 minutes from my house. But if you do find yourself coming thru on I-94 I can sure meet you along that route. I can give you some heads up about driving through Minneapolis/ St. Paul on 94 (and ways around it)
Katy... Are you still thinking about selling your house? You're out of town a bit aren't you? Would you want to be closer to town? Or are you planning your gardens for this summer?
Lois.... I suppose there are all sorts of vegetables in your stir fry right? My Jen makes it all the time, but I don't think I ever have, mainly because I'm not a veggie girl!
Do you feel glamorous with your new hair cut. I got mine colored a few weeks ago and I feel like a new woman! I'm not DULL brown anymore.
Flo.... Is your Piccolo an automatic or manual transmission? Viv's is a manual and I just think it would be so fun to drive. I love a manual transmission !!! I had a Plymouth Horizon (at least I think that's what it was called) about 40 years ago and it sure was fun to drive.
Chriss.. Years ago, when Kevin and Sara were in their old house, the dishwasher never worked, so that's where they stored all their pots and pans and big things! I run mine about 2-3 times a week, I prefer hiding dirty dishes to washing them!
Is Dad coming today? What's next on his "to-do" list?
You can sure get a lot done when you are stuck in the house with no car!! Evie still has mine, but I'm hoping I can get it back soon, not that I really have any place to go!! But... Yesterday I finished the baby boy quilt. I'll have to dig around out in the garage and see if I can find something on hand for backing, otherwise it will sit for a bit until I can go shopping. I'm waiting for the one more piece of fabric to arrive for baby girl quilt (it's coming today) so in the meantime I pulled out a Jelly roll and started sewing a pattern called "Dottie" Not that I should have started another project, but it's a good "in between" thing to work on. I can sew a little at a time on my FW when I have a few minutes here and there while waiting for other things to come together. I think KC gave me the jelly roll and it's all different colors with polka dots!
For now since it's almost 10 I need to get a move on and shower up and I think it's times to throw sheets in the laundry--since I can't remember the last time I washed them, I think it's time!
