Re: Christmas in July Swap signups closed, let the sewing fun begin!!!
Sewed a few seams on last of the ice skates. Now I need to cut just a couple more pieces, darn all my Rotary cutters are at the quilt shop. When we do consecutive days the owner just let's us leave our stuff set up so we don't have to pack it every day. Guess I better get a second cutter.

Thanks for letting me know Izzy
Valerie, yay! I had 2 rotary cutters and then I inherited Mom's, so I'm pretty lucky

Such a flurry of fun sewing! Everyone's blocks are purrfect! I have extra cutters, too. I keep one in the trailer along with other basic quilting supplies. I like my Gingher cutter the best. My Fiskars is nearly worthless but it works in a pinch if I need it. I also have an Olfa.

I reconfigured about half the block. It was just a pain they way they wrote the pattern.
Almost like making it up as they went. I'm about 1/3 of the way done. Hope to make some more progress tomorrow.

Good thing I’ve got my blocks all done & sent in as My family has come down with Covid. No fun. I’m enjoying everyone’s blocks here. Nice to see a little Christmas in August!
