Good morning from a semi sunny, very pleasant, SW. Pa....Our nights have been chilly and this weekend is only going to be in the 60s so I guess Fall is creeping in or trying to.....
I do start out with good intentions and want to chat with everyone but then those intentions get lost.....
But, I do often come back and check to see what's happening around the table.....
I have a feeling, Mary will be coming home soon and am so excited to hear about her trip....
And also did see that Becca is on the mend, thank goodness....Hope to see her back in her chair at the table soon....
Jana, love to hear what's happening in your house hold but hopefully, no bad stories...
Do want to hear what you all are working on and of course we need to see pictures...
Just had a text from my sister, today is bingo and she'll be picking me up, soon....Then the big decision will be where to go for dinner...We do try to go where they are taking precautions or where we can sit outside....
Yesterday I ran some errands, visited the cemetery...Cindy's birthday was on Tuesday and she and I had a long talk and then of course I had a talk with Jim....Every once in awhile, I need to tell him, I'm still upset with him for leaving me, lol....
I then stopped at Lowes to pick up mulch only to be told, what I wanted wasn't on sale but when I got home and checked the ad, sure enough, there it was...So, I made a call and was told, when I come back, they will give me the better stuff for the sale price...(getting to be that naggy old lady).....Finally did get all my plants planted and now if I can stay away from garden sections, I might be good till spring, maybe....
Well better get my clothes changed and gather up my bingo bag....I use my Cindy's bingo bag, hoping she'll bring me luck...She sure did love her bingo and was very lucky....
My dinner will be out and about......
You all have a great rest of the day....
Happy eating.........................

Re: Supper Club, Thursday and I have no idea what the date is.....
Good morning!
Irish - this month has me wondering the date too. I had a coupon for $10 off a grocery order - thought it was still good, nope missed the expiration date. Hope you win lots of money!
Michael is mowing this morning. He is trying to see if the tractor can shove the tipped over playset off the lawn where it fell, trying not to tear up the grass doing so. I have uglies going on the inside. It's Thursday, so I do my uglies then. That way I can play until Monday!
Ethan will spend the night and I will be the teacher tomorrow. Sarah's DH has a test early in the morning, so to make it easier on Ethan, he will sleep here. Like he doesn't mind that at all!
Dinner - stroganoff with green beans. Finally got the pasta he likes for this dish. His request for dinner.
Worked on quilting my Nativity wall hanging and only have 2 Angel's and the 3 wise men left to quilt. Then the binding. I have another quilt on my LA waiting for me too. That leaves me just 8 UFO's to finish. I am going back to our family motto - "I do one thing at a time, do it well, then move on". That will be applied to my quilting, I hope! We have used this mission statement with the kids since they were little. Helped keep their feet on the ground. And my sanity with high schoolers!
Well, time to change laundry and maybe vacuum,
Hugs,
Jana

Irish, hope you're a big winner at bingo.
Jana, I miss out on coupons a lot because I forget the expiration date.
DS came home early because of all the smoke in Idaho. Tomorrow he will take me paddle boarding. Should be fun. Then Saturday is the quilt show if it doesn't rain.
Tonight will be steaks, potatoes, and fresh broccoli.
Have a lovely evening.
