Mary z love the snowman. So cute! You’re so fast too! What a 2 month trip to Alaska. Wow! 😮 You’ll have a blast. My sister lives in FAirbanks.

Vinae fantastic job on the ornament. Love it!

Welcome to the swap Jana & Stdio83!

Bev, thanks! Yes, 2 months to Alaska. To visit my big brother who lives in North Pole - about 20 miles SE of Fairbanks. If I see your sister, I'll say hi! But we are leaving in 2 weeks so you see why I had to scurry with my blocks.

Carolyn, I didn't know you had an RV. What kind? model, size, etc? we have an 2017 Arctic Fox 27.5L fifth-wheel (about 30 ft long). We had an '02 and loved it, but after 15 years and 125,000 miles, it needed to find a new home So we bought the same model again. We also have a quilt like this one on our trailer bed - it was a mountain cabin swap and has different size blocks. I think Vinae hosted that one.

Hi, Jana! Glad you decided to jump to this side of the fence!

Hi Tina
I saw this block and LOVE it!!! It is 10.5" x 14.5". Is this to big?? I am sure I would be able to smallize it with no trouble. I believe I even have similar fabric or the right ones I picked up years ago. What do you think.

Here is the Christmas Tree I also want to make. You gave us extra time so I believe I will be able to sew these two blocks along with Therapy especially if I set my calendar up to make sure I have this many made by this time. This is the FIRST time I have REALLY been EXCITED to SEW!!!!! IT CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

WOW Mary - With the Arctic Fox you will have no trouble in Alaska :) :) The thing is How would you get it there. The postage would be outrageous!!! LOL!!!!

Cool Teresa! Love them both! Size is fine, it's whatever size you want it to be above 6 1/2" :) I'll put you down for a second set. Thanks!

I bought fabric today, to try an Angel block. Even enlarged it to accommodate turned applique aka El's way.

I'm still trying to fight off whatever DH has. So, I'm tired and just want to sit down after making dinner. I take Dad to Mom's church service in the morning. Hopefully in the afternoon, I can get back up in my sewing room and test this pattern.

If you fill up, it wasn't meant to be.
