California Fires

Do any of you live near fire areas? My parents had a cabin

My son Daniel lives about 60 miles from Paradise. He is a firefighter and is on duty on that Camp Fire. He was called out the morning it started. Last we heard from him, was that it is every hit as bad as the news makes it out. His strike team was assigned to create firelines to stop the advancement into the city of Chico. He must have done good, the fire didn't spread into the city.

Certainly have you and your family in my prayers. Know where Chico is.. This such a nightmare and I pray all fire fighters are out of harms way . Gods blessing to you all.
