Unique quilting machine

The needle is down and won't go back up. I have removed the bobbin , unthreaded the machine, turned it off and back on, unplugged it and started over again. What do I do next?

Sorry no one has answered sooner. Did you try turning the wheel on the side to manually raise needle? If that doesn't work, you better visit your favorite sewing machine repair person.
