Nothing better than having a happy man in the home LOL:) Oh no but our mommas lied they said to keep them happy keep their bellies full LOL so now its truly to keep them happy give them a book to read and what better book than the BIBLE.

Do you know statistics note that the woman in the family is the one who hunts for a church, tests out the church and is more prone to attend service and sunday school over the man of the home. How terrible this should be the other way around. But next time in church look around and see how many moms and kids you see with no hubby at church. Men dont think they need to be in church to serve God or to worship him. But the problem is do they seek and understand his knowledge. True you can worship anywhere and you can accept Jesus anywhere but the bible teaches you should worship together and that is with your like faith family.

Give them knowledge ladies!! I hope an pray all your DH attend with you on Sunday.

God Bless
Izzy

Funny, I tried this experiment with my DH. told him I needed him to pick the church and the time we went to it. Also left other decisions up to him to make.

I think men are so afraid of not making women happy that they just let the woman decide.

Thanks Izzy

Izzy That is a sad fact because the man is to be the spiritual leader of the Home.We have always gone together until now DH isn't able to go most Sunday's.We watch our DGSs service by FaceTime, listen to one on TV & our DSIL when we can't go to Church.I really miss the fellowship when I can't go.
God bless each of you Becca

Yes, the father/husband is the leader of the home, with us standing right beside him in all we do. Supporting and encouraging him. We are equally yoked as Paul stated in the New Testament. I have been blessed to have my sweetheart with me in church for our entire marriage. What a example that was to our children and now they do as they saw done in our home.

In our Ward services, the great majority of members do attend with the husband, wife and children.
