Valerie - your blocks did arrive and they are wonderful. The fabrics will find a home very soon.

Mary - Your blocks also arrived but I didn't see them till today and then pedal to the medal to finish the lady one off mine and Sean on a binding and butt threads and then at the last minute an invite to go go out to dinner. Long story short yes they arrived!!!! Love the fabrics that as well will go home soon.

Joan - Joan 2 very sweet blocks landed on my doorstep as well. The butterflies are fluttering around now. Soon there will be massive amounts of butterflies here that mess up the windows of the car so much that we have to store a bottle of Windex and a squeeze in the trunk. I love your sew much better.

The question is do I chose the WINNERS now or do we home for any more newbies our pals to join us. Let me know what you think please.

I miss the Lottos... I will not be able to participate in April's, but I am hopeful for May. Packing & finishing construction here in CA going OK....we will hit the highway for Missouri on the 30th....keep sewing for me.

Flo - I know we will all miss you. I am wishing I had found the time to get up the mountain to visit you. Every time I picked a weekend something always got in the way with you or with me. I am thrilled we met in Victorville and had lunch and chatted away. Your move to Missourri will be filled with new adventures and new joys to fill your days.

We will see you here in the Sew-In section until you settle in and can find your sewing machine. May will be an awesome block!!!!

Valerie - WOW a broken hand? Which hand? I am so sorry to hear this. Prayers for the healing to be complete and quick so you can get back to enjoying many joys especially quilting.

Valerie: OMG! broken hand!!! Wow, I am still getting over mine from October 13th. I feel so sorry for you. Hope you will keep us posted on your recovery!!

I will be out for April too... It must be our time for poorly hands!!
I'm having an operation on my left hand beginning of April... I had the right hand done a few years ago you may remember, well it's my left hands turn this time
(Carpal tunnel syndrome)
It will be a wee while before I can sew again properly...

Next Wednesday, March 30th, I start my drive to my new house. Closing is Fri, April 1st at 11 am. Then unpack. Joe hurt his left hand yesterday, so I will b alone in Missouri a week, then Joe will be there to pick me up do I can return to CA & help him finish up. Oh well...
