SUPPER CLUB - Sun, Dec 7th

Post by purrfect-lady » Sun Dec 07, 2014 1:50 am

Good morning!

Today I think I'll make a table runner and a topper for Autumn. I have fabric leftover from making her quilt last fall - fabric she chose herself, so I know she'll like it. She has a table in one room and a long coffee table in another so I can use up ALL the scraps!

Well, our dinner plans were cancelled again last night. there was an impromptu weenie roast and campfire a few sites down from us so I made a pasta salad and we went for the 'dogs! I'm not a big hot dog fan but last night they tasted so good I had TWO!

Tonite we HAVE to bbq our pork chops. We've had pork chop interruptus 3 times now! But their time has come. We also have leftover pasta salad and there will be green beans as well, I think.

What's tempting your palate tonite?

Afternoon from a very sunny, chilly, Sw. Pa...At least the sun is shining and what a blessing............

We went to early Mass and then breakfast and I'm thinking that can suffice for dinner, lol.....

Joanne's, Bengals are hosting the Steelers today and Jim is glued to the TV, although, sometimes his eyes are closed.....

I have decided, list in hand along with a bunch of coupons (that I won't be able to use), I'm off to JoAnn's....I need fleece or flannel for backing for the 2 Pgh. Penguin quilts and I'm sure there's so much more that I'll find I can't live without......

And, if anyone in the house gets hungry, except the furbabies, they're on their own.....

Happy eating................

Hi everybody, DH came home tonight from duck hunting. I made round steak with rice n gravy. I also made some mustard greens and a pan of corn bread. I just love mustard greens, but they are on my nono list because I take coumidin. I had only a very, very small taste.
Isn't funny how much better hot dogs taste when you are camping? I'm sending prayers to all in need, from Abita
