these blocks are really shaping up.... I love them.
Lori, I have been fascinated with that quilt pattern for a long time. I can't wait to see the block that makes it...I always thought it would be much harder to make.

Chriss, it wasn't to difficult. You do have to pin to get the points to match up. I've had the templates for a while. They were easy to cut around. I figured out what size strips I needed and that made it easy.

Marcia, sewing will help you not be so sad, I hope anyway.

I have cut my 4 patches into 9 patches and will sew them together tomorrow and have them ready for Monday's mail... Amazing how fast this block is going.
Lori, I can't wait to see your block.

Marcia, I understand how you feel about your kids leaving. When Autumn comes home to visit, I cry for two days when she leaves. Sewing is my consolation.

Maryq, you're doing great especially with having your kids home
I seem to not get much done with mine around LOL Oh you said in the sew in today you were still undecided about what pattern you're going to use on the quilt for your guest room, what about doing the LUB quilt in your fabrics you already have?
Just a thought that popped into my head
