Izzy, sometimes I dice my avocado up over whatever I'm eating and usually when I do tacos or burrito foods I make guacamole type

You're right, no sugars, grains, pasta, rice or very very little maybe twice a month. I really try hard to pay close attention to that part. Something strange I've noticed with me, if I do eat bread at all I eat white, the whole wheat really causes me to hurt in my joints for several days.....weird I think LOL. But you know I was brought up on white bread and when we got married almost 30 years ago DH only ate whole wheat, so I switched and I kid you not I have steadily gained weight the whole time, sometimes worse then others......I just wonder if I don't process whole wheat right?
