Teresa, thank you for editing that I have decided to keep the blocks to make a pillow!

Maryz, yes an excellent idea that I have not thought about. I had received a PM from Joan telling me that you and Joyce had sent another block. The pillow idea is from her.

Thinking of you too!

We all have great suggestions and ideas and I LOVE IT when we SHARE them. Thanks Joan for this brilliant one. Also because of the pattern you used to stitch them all together I was able to add 2 more blocks and keep the symmetry perfect!!

Aprils blocks arrived today as we were leaving for Doc appt for foot. I will open up the package when we got home but it will be late as we also have battery, oil change, pharmacy, Costco, Stater Brothers and dinner to do. Busy day 😊
You should have heard the Ruccus. Oh my oh my no one was happy I did not open it. I sure hope my home is still in one piece when we get back LOL!!!!

************ and they are OPENED and are FABulously Sparkling in the Sky. WOnderful blocks, WOnderful choices of Fabrics. Thank you. Thrilled you enjoyed joining us this year and that you have enjoyed the Journey so far. They are sew much happier now with the rest of the Christmas Group!!!!!

***************** I am trying to get in touch with Vivian1970 (Vivian). If you have a Tele# or another way to get in touch with her please let me know. THANKS

Hi girls,

sorry I haven't been on here but I have been in and out the hospital with pneumonia and currently have a severe case of bronchitis. I sent Teresa a PM this morning. I will get the blocks in by October 15th if not before. I am so sorry I haven't been on here. Just haven't had the energy to do so. At this moment I have no voice so I can't even answer the phone here at work. Not that I want to. lol

Will try to get on here more often.

thanks

vivian

Here is what Vivian wrote to me and my response back to her - - -

Hi Teresa, I am so ashamed of myself. I have been sick for the past two months in and out of the hospital with pneumonia. I have not been able to do those blocks yet but will work on them this weekend. I have a severe case of bronchitis right not with no voice at all. I am so sorry I haven't been on here to keep everyone up to date. You should see me at work trying to talk on the phone and the customers cannot hear me. too funny. Just wished I felt good. Tina called me last night and left a message on my phone at home but I couldn't call her cause she wouldn't be able to hear me. I haven't had a voice for about a week now. Is the deadline still October 15th?? If so I should be able to get them done and out to you by that date.
***********************
Oh my how aweful!!! I am so, so sorry to hear how ill you have been, still not feeling good and still going to work. I am in awe of your strength. You don't see that very often now a days. I will keep you in my prayers.
Yes the deadline has been moved to the 15th BUT You and your health COME FIRST!!!! Please do not push yourself to hard that you fall backwards in your recovery. If you do not feel you are up to stitching them I totally understand. Please send the fabrics, your labels and shipping to me. Ysabel (Cotton Pal) and I will cut out the pieces, baggie them and send them to each of the pals. I know this is the way they would also want it.
Please do not feel bad or embarrassed about this. We are all understanding, have compassion and want you back on your feet and away from the hospital.
HUGE HUGS, PRAYERS for a quick and complete recovery and LOVE.
Your PAL
T.

Hi Vivian,

So sorry that you are ill. I am in agreement with Teresa. You do not want to endanger your health. If you are not well enough to finish, then please send the fabric to Teresa. I won't mind completing your block.

Take care,

April

We all understand, and agree I'm sure that your health is much more important than you finishing the blocks. Take care of yourself and the rest will fall into place.
Joan
