Hello and Welcome JayKay,,,,you will get to know everyone of us stay awhile.

I never got to grams cookbooks, and never did make the jam....DD brought Sophia over and grammie got an hour of hugs and kisses,,,plus I had to hem her Easter dress, when she was ready to leave she handed me her "Lambie"
and said she would like to visit the other sheep but she had gotten dirty and needed a bath so I should get her cleaned up and give her a visit...She(Sophia) would pick her up tomorrow...I guess i have been ordered around by a 3 year old....(cuteness)

Then Ken came home and offered to take me up to get ink for the printer(mine) and he bought a new printer for his office.

We ended up with potato salad, coney dogs and baked beans,,,here. Now I am back in my sewing room to continue the sewing I never started this morning,,,,hope you all have had a busy day too....xxxooo

boy what a busy day I had..Monday's and Thursday's are now my busy days... my tasks change often and I just need to keep up..

today my son's step brother started working where I work.. he is so appreciative.. don't you wish more kids were thankful... he even gave me a thankyou card.. I saw him about 4 times today and his grin started at one ear and ended at the other.. he really is a good kid...

Maryz.. not sure what I said to put a positive spin on things for you.. but glad it worked as that was my plan the whole time I was typing my post. I was only half this brilliant at 25...I love leftover night... not sure who I want to win on DWTS but I do love that show.

Kathy, I think the kid only likes very few things.. once she was here and we had a turkey dinner.. she smelled the stuffing and chose not to eat it.. and I was making pancakes for breakfast, she asked if she could have cereal.. she wouldn't even eat the cheese ravaoli with maranara sauce.. I wonder if she is on a special diet??? Jerry didn't get to talk to the dad but will this week. are you appliquing yoru overlapping circles? sorry HD wants so much to install the backsplash....bet you could get a how to book and do it yourself.. How did Kim's appt go? I have been thinking about her often today.

Chickie, how nice that you got to sleep in.. the buzz of the saw was probably a relaxing sound...I think the girls family might be paying too much for rent and has a car payment etc.. they just moved here and might even have had a bit of a pay cut.. we have seen him load the leftover lunches from school in his truck..it's easy to get in a predicament and need a little help...hope you had a fun mom day...

Cindyg.. my son had lots of nose bleeds when he was younger. the doctor carterized his blood vessles.. the vessels were so thin and becaus allergies made him constantly blow his nose they vessels got ruptured often..

Maryq.. I am so addicted to purses.. I have even tried to make the perfect one... I love the one I have now.. it was on clearance and it's a Dana Buckman but I also have a few in my closet that will never see the light of day again... I also sneak them in but if you tell Jerry you'll be in big trouble...you sure have the most wonderful kids in the world.. how cool to have them help clean.. they must have been raised right...

Florence, I pray that DD;s other half gets convicted of his bad things.. Jail is a good place for him, when he's there he can't physically hurt DD... my step daughters boyfriend was very controlling too...it's hard for women to realize they can get out of a situation when they feel trapped... can you get a message to your daughter letting her know that if she ever wants out you will help her? I am so keeping you in my prayers.. keep coming here and unload anytime you need to... these girls have the broadest shoulders anywhere.. and I have relied on them many times when we were in your shoes.. hugs to you.

Joyce, welcome.. it's good to have you here.. come back often.

Izzy, let me know when you get that soap made..

Jana, does that mean I can't come to your house in my jammies...lol... that Ethan is a card isn't he... give him a smooch for me.

Velda, glad you are there adn backed in.. what a blessing..

oops, ribs are coming off the grill.. you all have a great night,
chriss

Grammiequilts: we have a store here that makes goat's milk soap and she ships. The owner is a biologist from France and she makes soaps, lotions' shampoo, conditioner, and chapstick with all natural ingredients. Ans she ships!
