Good morning,

I am heading down to the Batt Cave as soon as I am done upstairs in the Manor house! LOL
My plan is to assemble my Hole in the Wall quilt, all the blocks are done. Just need to sew them together.

My new machine is wonderful! Only one itty bitty little problem - it is about a half of a inch too big to fit in my sewing machine cabinet. The power plug sticks out too far, so I can't use my lift in the cabinet, to lower - so I will just sew a little higher.

I'm late for an appointment, so I must dash. Just wanted to say 'hi' and see what y'all were up to. Prayers being said for those who are sick and for the DHs going through treatment.

Ok Front of house flower bed is done now shower and go pick up DD for her dr appt at 230 then go see my parents since in their neck of the woods.

DOnt thing pool flower beds will get done spring break will work on those after work next week since rain setting in tomorrow. Tonight pick up and distribute weeds I pulled into chicken coops:) they love them sticks and all.

I dug up this aggressive vine and put lilies around my willow tree out front so cant wait to see them bloom. I have a whole bed of lilies and iris's from my MIL flower garden we dug up after she passed away and DFIL decided to move due to all memories were too much. So I am still dispersing them around in my beds lil by lil. DIL wanted some for around her house so Hope they come get some soon or I will have them all planted. I am not doing her flower bed for her LOL I know that is what her and DS are hoping for LOL

Well need a shower and off I go.

Good afternoon all! just a quick stop in before I start some uglies. I have not read all the posts from when I was gone this weekend so I will have to go back and read them. Just wanted to say I had a great time at my son's last weekend. We went furniture shopping for some of the stuff he was replacing since his old sofa and chair were not worth moving to Goshen. He also bought a new solid oak desk. Boy do I love spending other people's money. he took me to Red Lobster for dinner. The rule is when I visit my children when we eat out I get to go to places we don't have here in my small town. I cleaned and washed all of his kitchen stuff before I put it away and got his kitchen all ready for him. He was unpacking the other things and getting the TVs hooked up. I had a good time, but very tired when I got home. Going to stay home and Spring clean this week and sew.

Good morning everyone. (It is still morning here in the PNW)

Izzy, you need to take a break....I am worn out! LOL

Hopefully, I will get to sew this evening! I got some fabric yesterday, so I washed that plus a load of my "work" clothes....almost had to wear my jammies to work! I got a great deal on one of my favorite Moda fabrics from Fabric.com....they had seven yards of the eggshell colored "Flirt" line on clearance for $4.49/yd. I couldn't pass that up. Also got some white TOT. Now, to get busy on my R&W blocks!

DH will be going to TX on Friday. He will be going to the "Final Four" KY game on Saturday. He was so excited that they won the other night. Since we have family in TX, this was the perfect time for him to get to go. He will be staying until Tuesday morning. Hopefully, KY will win the whole thing! Go Big Blue!

Well, guess I should at least pretent to be working...never know when the boss will sneak in.

Good morning I'm doing as much uglies as I can this morning because when DH gets home we're meeting DS in Las Cruces because the transmission is finally done for the blazer. DS is driving to El Paso to pick it up when he gets off work at 3, that way we won't have to wait till Friday and won't have to drive so far. My suburban may be ready Thursday, a sensor was causing transmission problems with it, the alternator had to be rebuild today, the timing was off when they changed the engine out and the AC will need to be recharged tomorrow evening..........sooooooo I will have something to drive soon

Chickie, Holly and Jazmyne love your little chicks and coup block, we all loved all the blocks but I guess they weren't expecting to see chicks I wanted to ask you something but forgot what it was now LOL.
I know I was going to say some other things but forgot what now......Chriss, Maryz, Sooz, Sharona and others.....maybe I'll remember later.

Afternoon everyone
Things are so busy here at work that I performed some retail therapy. I am going to be making another braid quilt with the other half of the blue & brown jelly roll. This one is for one of our nieces who is graduating from high school in June. I love to use Moda Marbles as the framing and lattice on this quilt. Then the 2 borders will be batiks of some kind. I'll go to a LQS so I can touch it and decide what to use. Tomorrow after hubby's appointment I need to go to Joann's to get the stuff to make our nephew's Batman apron. Has anyone heard from Vicky? I know someone else asked a week or so ago. But I haven't seen anything. Just wondering.

My job consists of research, company product testing. April/May, something I tapped into for extra money. It allows to continue to search for work, and have mthly bus pass paid..

Two visits per day, about 4hrs. then travel time. Better than nothing.
