I have the bow tie done but do not like the print. made earlier and just not right. I will make another one today.

I too have bow tie done LOL It was easy and I was bored that day when doing another block. LOL

Now to get the other two done this weekend maybe cause no snow in forcast for next week LOL

I switched out he Hand's All Around with Hearts and Gizzards from El's Kitchen book. I hand appliqued the gizzards and it turned out ok not prefect by any means. I also made the bow the easy way, by adding a triangle to the edge of the squares.

Oh Vicky you didnt want to have fun with hands on block Y seams galore and oh my mine looks like a thread war on the back LOL Thank goodness noone sees the back:) Since I already had the bowtie done I did the Pineapple PP block:) fun

Your blocks all look great! I am going to have to replace some of my blocks with other blocks I make but I am going to continue to try and do each one. Gosh, that Hands All Around about did me in!!! I understand the Y seam and sometimes it comes out great...other times I feel like I am all thumbs! The bow tie was easy for me, but not that Hands All Around. I think it is because the pieces were bigger in the bow tie. Tess, recognize some fabric in here?

Izzy and Susie your blocks are sooo special. Both Hands all Around are very nice. Yes I recognize your fabric, pretty isn't it?
I enjoy seeing everyone's blocks.....

Izzy I love your bowtie it reminds me of Easter for some reason.

Vicky I love your hearts and gizzards block. All the rest of the blocks are great.

My three are done and will post tomorrow.
