Hi everyone, I'm the Mystery Pal and my name is Xochitl (Sochil). I'm fairly new to quilting and I so excited to be working with Teresa. She is a really good teacher. God is sooooo good to me, Lord willing I'll learn many wonderful things from this new adventure.

So glad you have found us. You will learn a lot here and make lots of friends. I have been sewing since I was 8 or 9 years old. I stopped for awhile because I was making clothes and can only make so many dresses and tops. I started quilting about 8 years ago and have not stopped. Hubby came up with the idea of building a studio out back so I had all my stuff in one place. It is wonderful.

Howdy! (I'm in Texas for a few months so I have to talk Texas Talk. LOL!) Welcome to our wonderful forum. I've been a member here for almost 6 yrs and have been quilting for about 20 yrs and sewing for more than 50 yrs. And compared to many of our members, I'm a newbie! Someone always has a question and someone always has an answer. It's a great place to learn and to make friends. I've been fortunate enough to actually meet almost a dozen of these ladies and they have become lifelong friends! Stop into the Sew-In where many of us meet "for coffee" each day. Chit Chat always has a variety of discussions going on. And there's other sections specific to other subjects. Something for everybody!
