Hi Joanne -
Never be afraid to ask a question :)
I would rather have the blocks not be the same but if that is what you made then that is perfectly acceptable. The more blocks the more winners the more they will go to different homes. The more variety the better. I love your combinations you described.

It is easier for me to figure tickets by blocks instead of sets this month because I said sets of 2 instead of sets of 3. I will stay with the set of 2. When I say block it actually is a 6.5" block. I add up all of them and divide by 2 and that is how many tickets you will get no matter which kind of block it is.

When I put the pattern of the quilt into EQ6 I found that one need more of the Strip Block than the others which is another reason why I would add them all up and divide by 2. Easier.

Hope this helped :) :)

Valerie - still plenty of time but yes I wonder which pony express it is on. I would be calling up the company to say "Ahhh, what is going on???" They need to know on there end if there is/was a glitch that held up your order.

YEA Valerie!!!!! Thrilled you have your fabrics. No rushing. ENJOY the process. It is FUN and FAST :) :)

Joanne - PM sent with me address. Can't wait to see the colors both you and Valerie picked for your blocks :) :)

It is getting close enough to the end of the month for me to start figuring out what February will be ... I will give you a hint ... NO MORE SOLIDS
Start gathering up your No-Run Reds TOT's and a Small or Medium Print that has a chocolate color in it :) :) I found one at Walmart that had chocolate swirls for $2.97 yd. Great fabric also. I will post a picture of what I picked up soon.
Connecting Threads also has great prices but check locally and QIAD first :) :)

Well bummer, I thought it was a small to medium print with chocolate in it. I actually bought three fabs in the collection. I will make a little something out of them. Got a new wallet pattern I am hoping to try out soon.

Ok, my blocks are done. I made a total of 48. Not sure how that equals into sets. Some are blue and yellow and the others are green and pink. There are 24 in each color way.

that is:

8 solids
8 strip block
8 nine patches

Will get in the mail on tues.
