Re: Thursday, June 20th
Hello Again....
DD is napping so I will have a cup of tea with you. First let me say that....LOL.....I brought "2" quilting projects with me only used one when the A/C got too cold one night. Very bad lighting here in the living room so there will be no hand quilting. The cats{3}have had a free for all here for 2 1/2 months. I guess it never occurred to someone to vac while she was in the hospital. OK....how is it with the ex? I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. Sometimes it seems like no time has passed he is still so familiar. I'm feeling very different....stronger & I've moved past him. There are many little "jobs" in Kim's apartment that need fixing. I'm enjoying telling him what to do. Kim lives in her dad's house on the 2ed floor.
Judi....rest & come home soon.
Jodi.....sorry for the loss of your mentor & feel better too.
Suzette....Happy Anniversary!!
See you all tomorrow....Love & Prayers.

Maryq - how on earth did bats get into the trailer??? Oh, let me guess, the DH or the kids left the door open. Me, myself and I would have freaked. We never had a critter in our pop-up, hardly even a fly ever.
Maryz - glad your mowff is doing better and I know you are having fun.
Gotta run. I'm at work.
Tina - GO SPURS!!!

Re: Thursday, June 20th
Hello!
Our walk was shortened - they're paving the third church's parking lots. We live behind three churches, and between the three of them we can get in a three mile walk (round trip). Jana - I'm with you on the smoke. Except now we have a new fire. I know this will sound crazy, but it smells differently than the other fire.
Kathy - isn't it a great place to be - over him? What wonderful news, and the silver lining on it all. Has she always lived on his second floor? I'm tickled you get to tell him what to do.
Maryz - hope your mouth is doing well.
Chickie - those birds sound like they gave you a run for the money. Imagine having to compete with them for those pecans!
Karlene - I had to laugh about the painting incident. Sure sounds like something I would have done, and to have David show up just right after... Hope those cherries make it to your house.
Tina - did y'all ever get any rain? How are you feeling these days? Was there ever any resolution to the accident?
Maryq - I applaud your decision to SHOP! Will you even need glasses after the catarac surgery? I'm glad you get to wait a year. I so agree with you about the meds. My DS2 is having a med issue - his BP medicine has caused some issues with his anti-psychotics so his psychiatrist is trying to find something else. It's such a delicate dance.
Jules - I'm THRILLED that the ADs are working. It's sure been a long, tough road for you. How's the puppy doing?
Chriss - a pop-up sounds fab.
Well dang - I need to go put on another band-aid. Did I tell y'all that I cut my thumb a couple of days ago really bad whilst slicing a bagel? And it was even on a cutting board. I have no idea how I managed that - except the bagel with a wee bit dull so I was pressing really hard on the knife. Oh well, at least it's my left thumb.
