I had a nice day, we went to Brighton and took charley and stu out for lunch, we found a little, very old pub in a nearby village....think it was built in the 1600's....anyway the food was lovely as was the company Unfortunately in the evening I felt really ill, I think I've been fighting something off, was very shivery and feverish, my whole body ached, had a tremendous headache and my poor knees were screaming in pain, so I took myself off to bed early and had a very disturbed night.......woke up this morning with a thumping headache and feeling like I've been beaten up, I ache everywhere.....but not to worry I'm just going to take things easy today and hope it passes
Hope you are all well and having great weather, we are definitely in spring here, the sun shows its face more times than it hides it now, so that always helps
