We have 42 blocks so far!!! 16" blocks? How many winners?
16" x 3 blocks = 48
16" x 4 blocks = 64 (12 blocks)

That is a nice size quilt so I am thinking 4 winners as of now unless I get more blocks ...

My Popsicle Blocks

I just said goodbye
To my lovely popsicle blocks
I don't know why
I join these crazy swaps
Halfway through, I wanted to cry
My blocks, you see, seemed like such flops!

Well, I finally finished them
It's a miracle, you see
I clumsily broke the cutter on my machine
Off to the repairman, tomorrow it will be
Don't worry about me
I will be just fine
I now have to go
and have a BIG glass of wine!

I mailed 4 blocks today.

They should arrive on the 31st.

Here's my attempt at a poetic bribe


Roses are red
Violets are blue

I've tried my hand at a
Popcycle or two

With colors of
pink and green
what a sight to be seen

Tried so hard to
stitch a straight line
in hopes that all the sticks
would someday be mine!

All the Poetic bribes were simply delightful this month. Really tickled the "Hands of the Picker" and gave many some great giggles and lots of inspiration. They all showed such creativity and were very impressive.
