Jacquie............your cupcake looks like a caramel swirl frosting. YUM!! And a no cupcake gathering would be complete without a CHOCOLATE one! :)

These are ALL so cute! I'm almost done with the hand stitching on mine then I can get them in the mail, hopefully before Christmas.

A question for anyone who has already made their blocks....how big is the cupcake portion of the block? I know the block is 8 1/2" but am just unsure as to how big to make the cupcakes.

Mine are 4 1/2 x 4 1/2, but I think they are all sizes.

My purple cupcakes are about 4x4 and the pink ones with the cherry is 4 X 4 1/2. if that helps any.

Oh dear, I hope mine aren't to big! I just measured one and it's 6 X 5 1/2.

I'm sure they will be ok! The chocolate cupcake is larger also and I love your pretty pink cupcake. Looks like strawberry or raspberry swirl flavor. ;)

I would think as long as your block measures 8 1/2 it will be great!

i think it's good that they are all slightly different sizes. it will give the top some variation then, as they aren't all 'uniform' if you get my meaning...
