April showers have brought on the May flowers and I love roses, red, yellow,pink and have you ever saw a black rose? I did once it looked dark velvet blue.

Yes Martha you may go shopping ... Oh Wait, You did and look at you - You got Judith to go with you - YEA!!! Oh!!!!! There is nothing better than shopping with a Pal and it sounds like you both had lots of fun!!! I can see you stopping for some great gabbing and lunch to rebuild your strength 
Tina - I know some of you have been wanting to do a Pin Cushion Swap but after lots of trying to figure out how to make it work so that it won't cost an arm and a leg in shipping ... I mentioned that you might like to make one for your Pal each month or maybe send her some FUN fabric with a Pattern that you found that would be perfect for it so she could make it herself? You could even make it but leave it open for her to stuff it. Lots of creative ways to do it.
Secret?????? I made one for my Pal but I'm not telling who it is for

Whew - I think I got to the PO just in time for my SP to get her package by Mother's Day.
What to do when you receive your package? ... Open the lid just enough to get your hand in and pull out one item at a time. I really should have taken that course on gift wrapping - LOL - but I was in a hurry and used the fabric as buffers so nothing else got broken.
Sweet and simple just for you!!!
I hope also when you see everything you will know what to make with it. I think I included everything except the kitchen sink - giggling.

Judith I got this putty pink envelope from you today. I realized it was you when I read the post card and had to laugh out load at myself.
You said you had alot of fun looking for gifts for me, I can tell you took to heart and read my hints list, I love the roses fabric and the butterfly's. Thank you for the Oriental Fan tablerunner and quilt pattern from QIAD.
I know I will like using the quilt stencils, not only because they have roses on one and butterfly's on the other but I want to learn to free motion quilt and these will help.
