Elderberry pie, boy, haven't had that in I don't know when. Probably grandma was still alive and we visited her on the East coast. What great memories.

Teresa, I hate to admit it but I bought the note pad when the Quilt Show was in Chicago (the one that has since moved to Ohio). It was the first year I went and it has been wrapped up in its packaging since then. I didn't want to open it and waste it on inappropriate notes. So I thought this would be an appropriate time and appropriate note. I have put the pad back in the drawer under all the other paper so I don't waste it.

Teresa, did I include my $2.00? I can't remember, I know I had it laying on the kitchen counter, and when I was cleaning yesterday, I found $2.00 on the kitchen counter. Please tell me I sent it to you and that is a different $2.00 that I can use for September.

teresa...im so glad my blocks got there today. thats how the system is supposed to work, i guess. they went to the right POs this time. look in the plastic bag between the blocks for the $2. marcia

You should get mine by tommorrow. At least I paid for them to get there by wednesday so lets hope it works.

I did put $2 in for shipping somewhere in between the baggies.

OK - I think I have figured out what is going on here. Seems that if the package goes through SANTA CLARITA, CA 91383 it gets here on time.
If it goes through Bell Garden then it takes longer. If you send it Parcel Post it takes longer even though the tracking says it should get here on a certain date.

In other words ... the trick is to MAIL EARLY
1st FIVE rec an extra ticket
(Goes by the postmark so it doesn't matter where you live just make sure I can read it)
