hi all, i know these are easy one's to do, but i'm rather snowed under with blocks to do, a darling wee baby to feed n' burp when mummy is sleeping, full time hours with my new job, 'MT washmore' to keep feeding also, sew-alongs by the doz & row robins!!!!!...

yup, i admit it, i've taken on too much!!

ohh my deary me!! stop the world, i want to get off!!!!

i'm afraid i will need to bow out of this lotto this time!!
sorry ladies!!!! please don't spit pins at me!!! lol... hopefully i will be back for aug, we will see!!
sob, i love the lotto too!!! sob sob...

I went to a quilt shop that I normally don't go to today and they had some fat eighths and I just could pass this one up and will cut the strips for the sides.....it is sew pretty! :o)

Purchased some Benartex "Atmosphere" online for this. It looks pretty cool I think.

Dear Girls;
I am having to step down from hosting this because of work demands which don't look like they are going to ease up anytime soon. Teresa has agreed to run the lotto for me until I am a little more stable. Starting this month, please send your lotto blocks to Teresa. PM her if you don't have the address. It has been fun seeing all the blocks and getting to play with them every month but the new owners are unrealistic about what can be done in a day and I am having too work a huge amount of hours. I will continue to participate as I can but right now since jobs are scarce here, must pay attention to the job and family. You have all been absolutely wonderful and I have enjoyed every minute. Love you all, Valerie

Val, I just googled "Atmosphere" fabrics....those are gorgeous! They will be perfect for these blocks!

I can't wait till I get they get here Melanie. They came up when I googled Jewel. I haven't seen this line in person so hope I am going to like them as much.

I got a lot done this weekend and especially today! Yeah! Still need about 16 (I think) of the little squares :o)

Hey Girls

My lotto blocks are all done and will be in the mail tomorrow! I made a bunch but lost track of how many I stuffed in the envelope! Forgot to take a picture before I packaged them up. They sure were fun to make and got me thinking about doing a Children's Lighthouse quilt with that pattern!
