Re: PAY IT FORWARD
Tina - I'd be saying "Are you ..... kidding me?" A kit with no instructions? That is the most rediculous things I have ever heard in my entire quilting life.
I think I have what you might need. the front of the mag says Fall 2010 in the corner with 18 Favorites for Fall in big letters in the middle.
On page 38 there is a pattern called harvest town. Same kind of panels as Jacquie's 2nd picture but this pattern is different as it starts with a center square that you add corner triangles. You end with a very big square and add the panels on the sides.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for. Feel free to send me your email address and I can send it to you.
A kit with no directions ... WOW ... I am speechless .... :0(
Hope I can help.
P.S. You might want to PM me in case I forget to check this thread out before I leave.

Teresa, that sounds exactly like it! Here's a pic
)

Jacquie, I found that 1 called Harvest Town on the Internet but sadly it wasn't the right one.
How can they have 1 different quilt patterns by the same name with the same line of fabrics?.....I'm just not understanding.
Thanks ladies

Re: PAY IT FORWARD
not sure why they call 2 patterns the same, but i know the fabric line is called 'harvest town'... you'd think they could be a little more original than to call both patterns the same thing!!!! duhh!! and to not include a pattern!! double duhh!!! (tight fisted people!!!!!!!!!) that's dreadful!
i'm 'sew' glad teresa was able to help you out!! we sorted it in the end huh!!??!!
us quilters are the BEST!!!
go us!! (your 'americanism's are rubbing off on me!! i LOVE it!!) lol...

I am so not going to order any kits from F & P. I can't imagine what they were thinking by not sending the pattern. Oh wait - they weren't thinking !!!!! LOL

Sure glad we found this out, I was just considering ordering a kit from them. I wonder why they do this?

Val, I know exactly why they don't include instructions...they want you to buy their magazine! I think it's criminal to do that. For that reason alone, I won't buy anything from them!! Sure glad to hear that Teresa was able to help!!
