Hello this is Jan Grandma of 12 but pretty soon it will be 14! I have some 3 in squares that were given to me what kind of pattern would u suggest to use them? Also a jelly roll. thanks in advance!

congrats on numbers 13 and 14.....
how about a simple 9 patch... or a 4 patch.... or... look at the tossed 9 patch pattern and make it with smaller charms...

Jelly Roll's are good for the Twice is Nice -Plus More - pattern from El's Signature Pattern Series - it also uses squares in one of the extra patterns in the main pattern packet - Easy too!
