i'm in with 'the scottish cross'.
i don't think there should be more than 1 person per name of block, 'first up, best dressed' as it were... then the host make a list of participants & their block name so others know if a certain block has gone or not.
i also agree that is all the blocks have gone for a certain state, then pick something associated with your chosen state.
maybe make the list in alphabetical order of block names, to make it easier for people to check what has been taken?
i.e
'Ohio Star' = Joannequilts'
'Scottish Cross' = 'shelly322002'

I'd love to do this!! Which should I do - Vermont (where I grew up), Iowa (where I 'officially' live now), or Florida???

I hosted a swap similar to this for the "fall block swap" a couple of years ago... it was a block about you, where you live, or where you used to live, and it worked out well!

Chriss-- I like your block! I got one made of mine. I need to get a rhythm going on them. This one took awhile.
