I'm excited about this new swap and so glad so many are interested....

Just have a question, should we all use the same white as we did in the auto swap?

I made a sample of my Pa. block and it is so easy, just love it..Gee, I might have to go shopping, gosh darn!...

Ok I like to do this too!! Hmm Mo has a state color, maybe I'm lost but give out the details and I will be back soon. Have another fly-in at the end of the week in Slater Mo. Girl

we are sticking with red, white and blue... if you all want to use the Kona white like we did in the autograph blocks that would be fine.... or would you prefer a white on white???

Jules... we always have room for the people we care about... so that means you HAVE to join this swap....

Sharon.. does your state block in Quilters Cache have a horse on it???

we will take sign ups at the first of the year...

I'm in! Of course, I'll have trouble making a R-W-B sunflower!!! LOL!!! There are a bunch of other Kansas blocks... The Kansas dugout is one. My DS2 has an original KS dugout on their farm! The first homesteader lived in what is barely a cave dug out of the side of a slight hill in the pasture. Dirt floor, a few beams to hold up an entrance and keep a "ceiling" from caving in on them. Barely one small room. I'll have to look up all the blocks...

ok Chriss the one block from quilterscache is only 8". The other one is 12" but it doesn't remind me of KY?? I'm telling you Ky is horse country!!!! LOL I will make the 12" blocks called kentuckypatch, just wish I knew how it related to Ky?? YOu know I love giving you a hard time. With Cooper not here I have way too much time on my hands.

Well, I went shopping and got my fabric and they didn't have the white Kona so I'm going with a white on white....Hopefully I'll get started soon....
You know there are some darn pretty state blocks, going to be a super quilt.....
