Hi, Wiggybutt,
You should quilt first and add the binding afterward. Quilting can alter the "lay of the fabric" and if you've already put the binding on, you may have problems.

hi kho i got the name from my granddaughter when she was little cause she was allways wiggle around so i started to call her wiggybut so thats how i got the name and shes 10 years old and i still call her wiggybut she love to help me all the time i love her to death with all my heart have a nice day wiggybut

Another hint - after you have all the quilting done - put the binding on without trimming the backing or batting that is hanging wider than the top. After you have sewn on the binding - then trim off the excess and turn the binding to the back and stitch it down. It makes your binding full and looks better.
