Looking for Santa's reindeer
Okay not actually his reindeer, they are already back at the north pole sleeping. Last evening I saw a quilt that my long arm quilter was doing for a lady. It was the second one she had made. The blocks are big probaby 14" or a bit bigger. It is the head of a reindeer with antlers. The woman used some kind of suede type cloth and appliqued them. Anyway, I would think the pattern would be along the lines of well not rustic but countryish. There was a block for each reindeer three thin borders and then a wider border. Way above my skill level for sure, but I would love to find the pattern "just because" If anyone recalls ever seeing a pattern like this I would appreciate the information. Thank you

I would say cute because the lady that did it even used short white fake fur on part of it, which I can;t remember what part. DUH, I should have brought the camers.

Try the Art to Heart books and their website - I think they have something like that

I found it. It is in the art and heart books. I went to the site and there on the front of one of their pattern books is a pillow with a reindeer with the name in the right corner. Aunt Jana thank you so very much. I will probably never make this quilt but I love it anyway.
