Basting Spray question!

Post by Joannequilts » Sun Nov 29, 2009 7:31 am

I posted this question in Chit Chat, but it belongs here.

I'm sandwiching a quilt today and I can't remember WHERE you spray the basting spray! On the batting or on the fabric!

There was a discussion about this a long time ago...and I remember that I was doing it wrong..or at least making it more difficult. But I can't remember which it was! LOL!

Hope someone can help!!
hugs,
Joanne

I have to say that I LOVE the basting spray. I use the 505 Spray. It doesn't smell as strong as the June Tailor brand. I couldn't stand the weight of all the pins and I find that the basting spray does just as well for me (better in fact!) I always spray the batting. That is what the can says to do.
