Pom Pom's

Does anyone know how to make pompom's out of fleece fabric? I would really like help with this.

I did some searches but only came up with yarn pom pom's.... sorry

Well, the only thing I can think of is cut the fleece in very thin strips and make the pom poms like you would a yarn pom pom. Sorry I couldn't help more.
