Does anyone know the name of this block?

Is there an actual, official name for this block?

I just call it 'Woven Nine-Patch #2" (because I already have one called #1). It is a 12" version of the 'Rayelle's Fence' block from the Dear Jane Quilt. The DJ blocks are only 4 1/2" so I had to figure out the right sizes for the pieces. I couldn't find instructions online for anything like it. It's the last block we are doing for the Send Along Swap, and I'm just curious if anyone has seen it before with a block name.

I just thumbed through all of my resources - EQ Block Base/Barbara Brackman's "Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns"; Maggie Malone's "5,500 Quilt Blocks Designs"; Maggi McCormick Gordon's "1000 Great Quilt Blocks"; Jennifer Chiaverini's Sylvia's Bridal Sampler; and BH&G Creative Collection "100 Quilt Blocks" without finding the block.

But, if it is in Dear Jane and they call it "Rayelle's Fence" I would still call it that even if you've now made it as a 12" block instead of a 4" block.

Sorry, I do not know this pattern. But I do recognize the blue fabric from when I worked in a quilt store in the last 80s. I bought some and the pillow cuts that went with it,

It's called Vintage Patches by Evelyn Sloppy. I had just seen a beautiful quilt made with these blocks and just loved it.
