Explanation of "code" used
Would someone please give a list of the "shortcuts" used in the messages? I know that DH is Dear Hubby (I think) and I guess BD is birthday but am lost on a lot of them. lol

DSIL=Dear sister inlaw
DMIL = Dear mother inlaw
LOL=Laugh out loud
BRB= Be right back
BTW= By the way
DS=Dear son
DD= Dear Daughter
TIA=Thank you in advance
(also means aunt in Spanish, LOL!
ROTFL=Rolling on the floor laughing
ROTFLMAO= rolling on the floor laughing mu "A" off
( I'm sure you know whay the "A" is. LOL!)
DGD=Dear granddaughter
DGS= Dear grandson
DM=Dear Mother

My current favorites are
ROFLPIMP-rolling on floor laughing, peeing in my pants
and LOLSTC/LOLSTD-laughing out loud, scared the cat (or dog)
Although, in my line of work, an STD is nothing to LOL about--<snort!>
There's also a bunch like
IMO-in my opinion
IMV-in my view
IME-in my experience
And adjectives can be added, such as IMHO-in my humble opinion
If you use one that someone isn't familiar with, they will most likely ask about it
