Help with borders...

I think I would do the white border with the orange binding. I would not want the border to compete with the quilt top. That is a beautiful quilt. I will be glad when I can get back to quilting again.

I would make a narrow border in orange then a larger border in white then I would bind it in multi colors of the quilt.
