Gramma, seems like you have the worst luck with SP's! So sorry. Maybe someone's DH was entrusted to mail your package - and sometimes that doesn't go so well. Maybe she thinks it got mailed! If it makes you feel any better, I haven't gotten an August gift yet, either. I've given up and am looking toward September's now!
