I bought mine 2 years ago at the quilt show here in Paducah from English's sewing center and I love it. It does everything I want and then some. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I hope you will be as happy with yours as I am mind.

I have had mine for about 3 months, I love it, I'm already on my 3rd Quilt. I learn something new about it each time I sew.

I am a very happy owner of three brother machines--I love each and everyone of them and the part they play in my sewing, embroidery work and quilting. Excellent machines, sturdy and good instruction manuals.

I like mine, especially for clothes sewing. I mostly use my treadle for quilting, but I wanted an electric machine to take to classes and when visiting family and stuff. I was using my Brother more than my treadle for a while, but it's a little hard to keep 1 year old hands and 4 year old hands off of it, so I've been using the treadle in the sewing room. Lots of decorative stitches, and it has a zigzag(my treadle doesn't) that if I ever get to use it again I'm going to applique with. Kind of heavy to carry around, but not too bad. I've had a little bit of trouble with my thread tension, but that's probably because I'm using cheap thread. Hope that helps some!
