While we were there she gave me the last quilt she pieced and told me to finish it. She said she can't sew anymore. The quilt is a scrap quilt and when I got it home and spread it out my youngest daughter started pointing out all of the fabrics that were in my six kids' quilts she had made them and most amazing, there was red gingham check that I used in the early 70's when she taught me to sew an apron on her trundle machine! Talk about a precious quilt.

Beautiful quilt & beautiful ladies! Love the quilt you made. You did a really nice job on it. How special that you now have the quilt top that your Grandma made! Those are the ones that are just absolutely priceless. Cherish it. Thank You for sharing the great pics with us.
