I haven't done this for awhile. Do the June blocks need to be to you by the end of June?
If so I'll do 4.

I was a busy bee over the weekend - so I put 4 June blocks in the mail today.
I had a load for the P.O. - all quilt related - so off they went today.

The way the pattern reads, you cut your squares diagonally twice. That makes a nice, hard to handle bias on 2 sides. I find that if you mark from corner to corner (a bix X) across your square before cutting, then sew with small stitches 1/8" away on all sides of that X, before cutting, it will force the bias to hold it's shape and not become wavy or stretch. Once sewn with 1/4", that 1/8" will not show anywhere but will save a lot of headaches later on.

Although you don't care how many we make, it's easiest if it's an even number, correct?

Will be very easy if you starch your fabric, then it will not stretch.

morgans4- yes, we should have even numbers. I was hoping to spark new interest in the lotto by making a change but I guess everyone is as busy as me.
