Wow! I went to work today and came home to see 3 new people added, thanks to the encouragement and twisting of arms of several friends! Then, my dear friend (Maleficent for our forum) came to visit me tonight, all the way from jolly old England! I showed her what I've been doing, and she signed right up! So now we're up to 19! Yay!

Welcome DouceFleur, sharonkl, teacupdelights, and Maleficent!!! Please feel free to pm me if you have any questions.

Yes, machine embroidery will work, and I am able to send a couple of ideas for patterns. I'll pm you, Sharon.

Have fun choosing your designs, ladies!

Sharon, teacup and Denise, so happy that the twisting and pulling we all did worked and you've signed up. Yes, this will be so much fun, just see how we all stick together as a group! lol

Maleficent, welcome to tis wonderful group, so nice to have some goodies from London.

Sweet sewing, everyone, hope this time I push the right button!

I have one question:

For the charms, is a fabric with "cherries" or "blueberries" or... apples is ok??

Now I have a question, don't laugh, I've been cogitatin' on this for some time now and still don't have an answer, so decided to ask. Why 30 3 1/2 inch squares? These are for the corners, right? Aren't there 4 corners on the quilt. How are the 30 squares going to be divided? My little mind isn't comprehendin'. Can someone help?

thanks bunches, carol/kittyquilt

Oh thanks Carolyn! I have the perfect fabrics for the charms :-)

Carol & Carolyn!

It's a cornerstone at each block corners. You have 20 blocks. Trace a layout?? of 4 X 5 (4 blocks per row)

The 1st row of block you'll have 10 cornerstones and after, you add 5 cornerstones below each other rows. You'll end up with 30 cornerstones.

Don't know if you follow me?? :-)

Hi all, I found this cute Lollipop pattern on Timeless Treasure's site, it's a free pattern. Thought you might like to see it for an inspiration.

I need alot of inspiration, can't find anything to do, found a cupcake but don;t want to do the same as buttercup, any ideas or help would greatly be appreciated. I might go to my lqs see if they have anything. I bet I spent hours on google yesterday!! I guess I'm not very creative!!!
