That's an interesting pattern. If I were to make it, I would make it the same way as Eleanor Burns when she makes the Old Maid block. She uses fusible to make it easier to turn.

If you make it, please post a picture. We would love to see it.

I was thinking I would use fusible on it. The one that she showed on her show was sewn on the curve, but applique was the method they used on quilters cache. I do have a curvemaster foot that would be good to use, but applique would be much easier, maybe I will try both, haven't used my curvemaster foot yet, this would be the perfect block, but then I would have to make the egg part a little bigger to fit the curve wouldn't I? 1/4" maybe? Don't know will have to play with it. If I can get pic on here I will post it. I can't get them to download from my camera to the computer, something is wrong, $200.00 camera and it wont cooperate, my 2 daughters and my daughter-in-law say they will look at it for me, but we always forget about it when they are around, I am pretty sure it's operator error lol

I had trouble with my camera and downloading to the computer once. The computer wasn't recognizing the camera. I had the cord plugged into my camera backwards.

harleyquilter, just out of curiosity, do you own a Harley? My DH has a Harley Sportster 883 and I quilt. We support each others hobby which makes it nice and no I don't ride.

P.S. I also have a curvemaster foot but have never used it. I saw it demonstrated at "Road to California" again but...

Pilot2b, yeah we've been to Sturgis motorcycle rally, last one was 2006, Love the black hills. lucieshouses, yeah we own a harley, we have a road king custom, I enjoy riding as a passenger, my DH is really good at picking colors for quilts, so when I start a new quilt he is happy to help put the colors together, he has been laid off since Dec. 08, [heavy equipment mechanic], so he has been around alot to help with those colors, not too interested in the cutting/ sewing part though. khowardquilts, I think my cord is right , but maybe I will check it, good idea. That is something I would do for sure.
