Finally got my tension adjusted for stippling...pic of project..

I had some left over blocks so I put them together for a little wall hanging so I could practice some more. I finally got my tension and all figured out. Thread didnt break one time!!! Woo hoo!!!
Do you think green for the binding???

I would use the bright orange for the binding but then I really like a lot of contrast between the border and binding. You did a beautiful job! I am working on a queen size 6-inch maple leaf quilt right now using some Bali prints. I love autumn colors!

Love the quilt. I would use either green or brown for the binding. I love the maple leaf quilts. Great job. Nice job on the quilting also.

Caroline - I'm with you, green for the binding or maybe the purple. Love your maple leaves. Did you do the stippling on a sewing machine? You did great - keep up the good work - Kristi

You could use all of the colors in the binding. Take left over fabric and make strips, sew together and then cut into the width binding you want and sewing those pieces together until you have enough length to make your binding. You did a awesome job with your stippling. I know how you feel, I had the same problem when I started.

I love that quilt and your stippling looks great!! I think the green binding would look nice.

There she goes again! Good grief, someone tie her hands down for an hour or two so she can rest!

I would go with an orange or green binding with it. And then send it to your best friend ~Abbigail~.LOL!

Caroline, you are wearing me out! What a nice wall hanging. I need some for my office and that would go just perfect!
